Description: Interested Contractors shall provide Labor, Supervision, Tools, Materials, Equipment, Transportation, and Management to perform the following tasks at Pepperhill Park, located at 7695 Brandywine Rd., North Charleston, SC 29420.  Contractors shall install approximately 700+ ft of brand new 6ft high, black vinyl, 9 ga chain link fence. (from the wood line to ditch on Brandywine Rd.)  Contractors shall install three (03) each double pipe barrier gates across driveways and grass areas near ballfields. (See attached Map)  Contractors shall install one (01) each walk-in gate along the sidewalk (between double pipe barrier gates across driveways (or were deemed feasible)  Fence will run along with the property at the entrance to the park. (from the wood line to ditch on Brandywine Rd.)  All Materials will be commercial grade.
