Beginning at an existing manhole in Lakeview Drive, thence Westerly along an existing FDOT drainage easement to the US Hwy 27 right of way, thence Northerly along the Easterly right of way of US Hwy 27 utilizing several directional bores along with open ditch construction to the Northerly property line of KFC as a termination point. See plans for additional information and specifications.
The engineer’s cost estimate for this project is $280,000.00.
