Description: Project consists of a seven-building complex with a total square footage between 65 and 70 thousand square feet for the New Construction of the City of Foley’s Public Works Complex located at the following addresses: 508 E. Section Avenue; 709 N. Juniper Street; and 700 N. Juniper Street all located within the city limits of Foley, Alabama 36535. Civil work is currently under construction under a separate awarded contract.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory Pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held March 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time at the City of Foley City Hall, Council Chamber, located at 407 E. Laurel Avenue, Foley, Alabama 36535 with a site visit to the project site to follow.
