PROJECT:  CITY OF ETOWAH DEPOT WALKING TRAIL RESTROOM RENOVATION

LOCATION: City of Etowah Depot Museum Walking Trail, 727 Tennessee Avenue

The City of Etowah, TN is currently soliciting bids for renovation of the Walking Trail Restrooms.

The scope of the project is as follows:

1. Remove all partitions, urinals, commodes, lights, heaters, hand rails, exposed plumbing. 
2. Make repairs to floor as needed and finish with Everlast Epoxy Flooring with 4” to 6” painted epoxy base. 
3. Paint walls from base to 6’0 in (High Gloss – Color to be determined) High gloss white above and ceiling.
4. Install all stainless-steel urinals, commodes and sinks (2 sinks each restroom)
5. Install 2 (14”x16”) framed security mirrors above sinks in each restroom
6. Install Point one Partitions (Blue 9509) Solid Plastic or equal to (Color samples will be needed) and warranty details for alternative. 
7. Replace electric wall heater.
8. Replace all exposed plumbing lines with new. 
9. Time-frame is December – Early March

 

Quote must include cost for all materials and labor and firm start and completion dates.

Site is open between dawn and dusk 7 days a week

 Bid packets will be available on line at “Cityofetowahtn.com” and at City Hall, 415 N. TN Ave. between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

Bids should be submitted to Etowah City Hall (415 N. Tennessee Ave., Etowah TN 37331) no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
