Hill Street Griffin, Georgia 30223 – 3rd Floor, Public Works / Water Department Conference Room. All attendees will be required to sign in, and the resultant list will denote those allowed to submit a Bid for the project. After an initial presentation by the Engineer, bidders will be allowed to tour the facilities and become familiar with the existing conditions
