The invitation includes five separate projects, for which separate contracts will be awarded. Bidders may bid on any or all projects included in this advertisement; however, work must be completed within ninety (90) days of contract execution. Bids should not be contingent upon award of more than one project.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-solicitation meeting.There will be a mandatory site visit which will act as the pre-bid on February 20, 2019 starting at 9:00a.m.; all sites will be visited this day, which should take approximately 3 to 4 hours. Starting point will be at PS #23, located at 1217 Out of Bounds Drive, Summerville, SC (Legend Oaks Subdivision)
