The Jackson County Department of
Transportation (JCDOT) will be accepting bids on Property Rental(s) for “FARMING PURPOSES ONLY” (Agriculture).
All bids must be based on a per acre per year basis with this being a three
year contract. At the end of the contract if both parties agree to
extend the lease, it may be done on a year to year basis. Hunting rights will
not be a part of this land lease contract.
