Description:

Renovations to Collins Park Bath House will consist of but not limited to an upfit to the exterior patio and re-design/upfit of the men's and women's restroom.  The area consist of approximately 930 sf of renovation area.  Work will include demolition of existing architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems and utilities with replacement of flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, exhaust fans, fixtures and toilet accessories.

Renovations to Danny Jones Complex will consist of but not be limited to renovation and repair consisting of new roof and column cladding to exterior entry canopy, and uptfit of entry lobby, entry restrooms and front offices. Work will consist of demolition of existing architectural, plumbing, electrical systems, and utilities. Replacement of ceramic floor and wall tile, wall finishes, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, electrical power, lighting and toilet accessories.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at North Charleston City Hall, 2500 City Hall Lane, 2nd. Floor Montague Conference Room, at 1:00 with site visits to both facilities following.
