Description: The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain proposals from and the services of qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to produce detailed designs, construction drawings, specifications, and participate in public engagement for the redesign and replacement of the Western Section of the Germantown Greenway.


 All Proposers must be able to provide professional engineering/architectural design services in the fields of landscape architecture, civil, structural and other specialty engineering services to design the park reinvestments. Specialists may include estimating services and others as needed to fulfill the requirements of the project. The scope will include surveying, a complete set of construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, bidding support, and construction administration. Construction drawings must obtain the necessary approvals.
