Description:

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and permits necessary to prepare the current roof surface and complete the installation of a new weather and watertight High-Performance Ethylene Interpolymer (KEE) Roofing membrane system and shingle roofing system on the Sebring Library Building located at 319 W Center Ave, Sebring Florida. The roof is approximately 5,252 Sq. ft.  The project includes replacing EFIS with metal coping, building wall to enclose eave and possibly installing a ships ladder for ease of access to different roof levels.    

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 9/8/2021 9:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Sebring Library Building located at 319 W Center Ave, Sebring Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the Project with County staff. If a Mandatory Pre-Bid is conducted the County will only accept bid submittals from bidders that are represented during the entire pre-bid meeting and are signed in on the sign-in sheet as primary Bidders. The public is invited to attend this meeting. Arrival after 9:15 A.M. will be noted on the sign-in sheet, and Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that were late.
