Description: The City of Winchester, Tennessee will accept sealed bids on the North Porter Street Storm Sewer Relocation Project. The work will include installing approximately 177 l.f. of storm sewer pipe, 5 storm structures, demolition of concrete and asphalt, new asphalt and concrete pavement, grading, erosion control, abandonment in place of the existing storm sewer with flowable fill and all other appurtenances necessary for the completion of the project. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm Thursday, December 4, 2025.
