Description: The City of Dublin, Georgia (Owner), is soliciting proposals from Construction Professionals/firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for Fire Department projects for the City of Dublin, Georgia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to identify potential providers of the above-mentioned services.  All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully.  Project includes renovating an existing fire station and the construction of a new station.
