The Barton County Landfill (Owner) invites proposals to prepare a Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plan in accordance with 40 CFR 112.3 at 350 NE 30 Road, Great Bend, Kansas 67530.

Project Funding Source
This expenditure will be supported by the Solid Waste Fund.

Project Timeline
The awarded Vendor must complete the project by May 31, 2025.
