Purchases will be made per individual project needs throughout the fiscal year in accordance to each solicitation awarding information, and from the bidder who meets the requirements of said solicitation(s) and has submitted the lowest and best responsive bid according to those specifications. Johnson County will accept the bid(s) of the other solicitations as back-up vendors in case product availability changes at any time by primary vendor. Please note, When Applicable, Johnson County will determine final/lowest cost based upon the current County approved mileage rate to determine which vendor to use per job location in order to provide the best overall value when comparing product costs vs. distance to product Pick-Up location. Johnson County reserves the right to choose between product Pick-Up or Delivery options. No guarantee is given to vendors as to minimum quantities that will be purchased by Johnson County, TN.
