Description: GENERAL: The following specifications describe pest control services or equivalent to be used by the City facilities listed. All specifications shall be considered as minimum. You will be responsible for spraying for all bugs, insects, spiders, ants, roaches, etc. – once a month. Spraying shall consist of spraying all accessible corners, baseboards, and under desks, inside structures and the entire building perimeter outside of structures. The term of the agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025.
