Description: This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA). The CCLBA
invites the submission of proposals for General Contracting Services to facilitate the construction of two single-family
homes and detached garages for the CCLBA at 82 Greenwood and/or 126 Greenwood Ave (see map in Appendix A).
The goal is to sell the homes to qualified buyers meeting low- and moderate-income guidelines as required by the
Michigan State Housing Development Authority. The successful respondent(s) will review the scope of services and
provide requested documentation demonstrating their qualifications in the area of General Contracting Services.
