Description: Sealed proposals will be received in hand in the office of the Purchasing Officer, Oconee County Board of Commissioners (OCBOC), Suite 206, 23 N. Main Street, Watkinsville, GA. 30677, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015 for the interior renovation of Oconee County Fire Station #7, 1937 McNutt Creek Road, Bogart, GA 30622. Work scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition, framing, dry wall, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing and hvac services. Please see the RFP documents for full work scope. At that time, date, and place given above, in Suite 205, the sealed proposals will be publicly opened and only the names of the respondents will be read aloud. Work scope and RFP forms can be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Officer or the Oconee County Website at www.oconeecounty.com. No bonds are required for this RFP. Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/26/2015 2:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-conference meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Oconee County Fire Station #7. All interested parties are invited to attend. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the proposal document. Because Oconee County considers such a conference to be critical to understanding the proposal requirements, attendance at the pre-conference meeting is strongly encouraged. Minutes of the conference will be published as an addendum and posted on the Oconee County Website.
