The
Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids from qualified firms at
its office located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260, on
Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. local time for Bill Print Services. Any
bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
A
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 16,
2018 at 2:00 p.m. local time at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia, 30260.
Firms interested in the conference call meeting should email our Procurement
Department at ccwa_procurement@ccwa.us no later than Monday, October 15, 2018
by noon. The email needs to include the participants’ names and phone numbers,
and CCWA will provide call in instructions.
To
promote responsible environmental practices this bid package is available in
electronic (Adobe PDF) format and can be requested by calling 770-960-5223,
M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or by e-mail to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us.
A hardcopy bid package can also be requested at a cost of $25.
