NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposal from vendors to provide construction services for the construction and renovation of the new Fire Station # 1 at 450 Wofford Street in the City of Spartanburg. Work will include site preparation, concrete, masonry, storefront, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and all related construction items. All work to comply with the Scope of Work, Drawings and Specifications developed by Stewart Cooper Newell Architects to provide quality workmanship.
