Description: The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for a lighting upgrade to the Jackson County Agricultural Center Building until Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM. At that time, the sealed bids will be opened and read in the Finance Director’s Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.

One original and three copies of the Request for Bid must be submitted. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded.

A prebid meeting will be held at the Jackson County Agricultural Center, located at 1869 County Farm Rd, Jefferson, GA 30549, at 10:00 AM on June 27, 2023. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend.
