Description: SPEC-1 GENERAL SCOPE
1. The purpose of the Request for Production (RFP) is to establish a vendor for supplying HVAC air filters
throughout the District for a period of five (5) years.
2. Contract to begin July 1, 2022 and end June 30, 2027.
3. This contract may be extended for one (1) additional year, up to two years if both parties agree.
4. All opened RFP’s will remain on file at Support Services Maintenance Department.
5. This is a Prime Vendor Bid.
