Bids will be received by the City of Lebanon at City Hall until 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025. Bids will be opened and publicly read promptly thereafter at City Hall.

Bids which are delivered in advance by any means shall be delivered to the City of Lebanon, City Hall, 200 North Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon, TN 37087: Attention: Lisa Lane, Purchasing Agent.

The bid package shall be clearly labeled: SOUTHEAST DEVELOPMENT AREA SITE PREPARATION PROJECT – Lebanon Municipal Airport - DO NOT OPEN.

Project Description: This project generally involves the earthwork and storm drainage infrastructure installation necessary to prepare an area adjacent to existing t-hangars for future development on the southeast side of the airfield; also, the work necessary to re-align an existing asphalt paved access road on airport property off Castle Heights Avenue. Work items generally include but are not limited to: site erosion control items, earthwork, storm drainage structures installation, new chain-link perimeter fencing, relocation of manual chain-link swing gates and an existing chain-link rolling gate with operator and keypad pedestal, and asphalt (HMA) paving.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Important Notice to Bidders: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 10:00 AM (local time) on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, at the Lebanon Municipal Airport, 200 Aviation Way, Lebanon, TN 37090; for the purpose of discussing the scope of the project and answering questions. The Pre-bid conference meeting is to be held in the upstairs conference room in the terminal building. ATTENDANCE AT THIS CONFERENCE BY AN APPROPRIATE CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A BID.
