Question: If a bid is submitted electronically via Alamogordo Public Schools vendor registry portal, is the offeror also required to submit an original and three copies as outlined on page 10 of the RFP? Or are these two separate options for submitting a bid?
Response: These are two separate options for submitting a proposal. If submitted electronically the offeror is not required to produce one original and three copies, this requirement is only for proposals that are submitted in paper form.
