Description:
Effingham County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to loop the East side of the system by connecting a 16 in PVC line to the 12 inch PVC line at Blandford Crossing Subdivision and follow Blue Jay Road to McCall Road to connect to the 16 inch Ductile Iron water line at Blandford School. This would be approximately 12,000 feet of new line with a bore under the railroad.
The proposed water main will be installed within the Blue Jay Road and McCall Road right-of-way.
