Description: Project Introduction
Barton County is seeking an experienced and qualified provider to build a communication solutions (smartphone-based) program to help supervision officers better interact with clients and more efficiently facilitate support services such as scheduling and other daily behaviors while providing compliance feedback. The primary focus is to provide directed communication between officers and probationers, deliver services, and assist with completing case plan activities.

• Remote check-in smartphone application, with GPS points collected at check-in.
• Ability for supervision officers to customize case plan activities for their caseload.
• Smartphone application to send notifications/reminders to probationers through the application.
• Smartphone communication tool abilities for virtual meetings and real-time communication.
• Authentication capabilities via GPS.
• Ability to share analytics to evaluate effectiveness.
