Question: The RFQ mentions that a proposed floor plan is included in the solicitation, but I am unable to find it. Thank you.

Response: A floor plan will not be included in this proposal request. The County is asking that you provide your own floor plan based on the scope of services of the RFP. The type of building the County is looking for is based on the following link: https://southcarolinaparks.com/founders-hall/galleries

Question: Based on the Answer to an earlier Question - is the County expecting proposers to submit a proposed floor plan with the submittal due on February 9 or is the floor plan to be developed merely to allow proposers to develop the requested cost proposal?

Response: You should submit a minimum of one proposed floor plan. More than one floor plan will be accepted as well.

Question: Re: Evaluation Criteria and Selection Procedure, Criteria E. Cost of Each Project - Please provide separately. For proposers intending to submit electronically through Vendor Registry, will uploading the Cost Proposal as a separate .pdf document meet this requirement?

Response: Yes, you may upload the cost proposal as a separate proposal document on Vendor Registry.

Question: Re: Proposal Submittal Requirements. Item 7 requires "A method to demonstrate the firm's ability to work within the County's proposed project budget." Has the County established a project budget for this project that can be shared with potential proposers?

Response: No budget set. Considering any price options that allow construction of a facility that meets the requirement of the RFP.

Question: An earlier Answer notes the type of building the County is looking for is based on Founders Hall - this building is a gold-level LEED-Certified green building. Is LEED certification (or other levels of environmental certification) desired for this Multi-purpose Hall?

Response: No, the building is not required to be LEED certified.
