APS is looking for a software solution that can meet the following requirements:

Improve our data quality and accountability by automatically scanning data in our Student Information System, Synergy, identifying data that does not comply with a customizable set of rules, creating a data quality score by site/area, and emailing the correct person(s) to fix the data.

To improve accountability, the system needs to maintain a historical longitudinal record of the data quality score to help identify transient data quality issues.

Because this is a project with a tight timeframe for expenditure of funds and system implementation, the system needs to be able to be implemented within two months of receipt of purchase order.
