Question: Veolia has a newer membrane product that allows for a smaller footprint in the membrane tanks, while providing added flexibility for future expansion, that still meets all of the current plant performance numbers. Would the City be willing to consider our latest membrane and cassette configuration instead of the current design configuration noted in Section 2.2.3?
