Description: You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the Additions & Renovations to The McCarthy Teszler School located in Spartanburg School District 7 in South Carolina.  Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on May 20, 2021 at the Spartanburg School District 7 District Office located at 610 Dupre Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29307, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.  Digital copies of bidding requirements, plans and specifications may be obtained directly from McMillan Pazdan Smith, 127 Dunbar St., Spartanburg SC.  Contact Caitlin Shuler at 864-585-5678 or email cshuler@mcmillanpazdansmith.com.  All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the base bid payable to The Spartanburg School District Seven Board of Trustees.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 3:30 PM April 27,2021 at The McCarthy Teszler School, 175 Burdette Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. General Contractors wishing to submit a bid on this project must attend. Subcontractors are also invited to attend. All contractors meet at the main entrance at 3:30 PM.
