Description: The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:
• Installation of ATMs at various locations within the Airport, as designated by the County.
• Anticipate that ATM locations will remain as existing and have a similar footprint.
• Completely turnkey installation (nothing required of County staff for unit to operate).
• No charge for machine, installation, service, maintenance or supplies.
• Operation of the ATMs, ensuring continuous and efficient service for users.
• Maintenance to ensure that the ATMs remain in good working condition, including routine upkeep and repairs.
• Management of all aspects of ATM services, including but not limited to cash replenishment, transaction processing, and reporting to the County.
• Wireless connection to processing networks.
• 24/7 toll-free customer service help (number listed on the ATM).
• Cash insured for all consumer losses.
• Marketing-type signage for the ATM provider may be installed on the machines, with preapproval from the County.
The contractor shall also ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to those related to security, privacy, and financial operations.

Question: How many ATMs are currently in place and do you expect to add to the number of ATMs? Please provide the transaction dollar volume, number, and type of transactions (type: surcharged transactions, balance inquiries, balance transfers) per month for the last year. This report can easily be generated by the current provider and assists us in determining the type of equipment and service that will be required. Will there be a need for in-wall ATMs, or will all ATMs be free-standing? What is the current surcharge at each ATM? What is the commission split and/or rent paid by the current provider? Have you experienced any crime or vandalism issues that would be good to know for the new vendor? Will the County provide electrical outlets as well as electrical power for each ATM? Will there be any issue bolting the machines to the floor using four one-half-inch wide and seven-inch deep concrete bolts?
