Description:

By way of this RFP, the City is requesting proposals from parties capable of providing full architectural, engineering and construction related services for Doral Gateway Monuments. The Design-Build Contractor shall be responsible for finalizing the design and furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, services travel, shop drawing review, supervision, equipment, expertise and supervision to construct such a facility. The Design-Build Contractor shall at its expense obtain any required permits, inspections, and testing as well as pay any fees for the purpose of a Design-Build structure located at N.W. 36th Street and 79th Avenue (Intersection) Doral, Florida.
