POWERHOUSE ROOF REPAIR PROJECT


Project Description: The City of Kingman, Arizona ("City) will accept sealed bids from qualified firms to provide roof repairs. Bids will be accpeted at the office of the City Clerk at 310 N. Fourth St., Kingman, AZ 86401 until 1:00 P.M. Local Time on May 2, 2024 (Thursday).

The POWERHOUSE ROOF REPAIR PROJECT is located at 120 W. Andy Devine Avenue, within the city of Kingman. The project will consist of repairs to the existing corrugated metal roof by applying a roof coating to repair current existing leaks, as well as prevent future leaks and damage to the historic building. It is expected that all work will be completed by June 30, 2024.

The City will conduct a Pre-Bid Conference at 120 W. Andy Devine Avenue., Kingman, Arizona in the upstairs meeting room on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 10 AM Local Time. Bidder’s attendance is not required but encouraged.

Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided and be accompanied by an unconditional certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to the City of Kingman.

Sealed Proposals will be received at the City of Kingman, City Clerk, 310 North Fourth Street, Kingman, Arizona 86401, until 1:00 P.M. (Arizona time) on May 2, 2024. Any proposal received after 3:00 P.M. on the above stated date will be returned unopened.

The outside of the proposal envelope shall indicate the name and address of the proposer, shall be addressed to City Clerk, City of Kingman, at the above address and shall be marked:

“RFB – POWERHOUSE ROOF REPAIR PROJECT”

Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this RFB.

The City of Kingman reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal, regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the proposer of the conditions contained in this request for proposal.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
