Addition 1

Posted: 11/7/2023

Type of Addition: Addendum # 1 SAMPLE service frequencies

Overview: At present, the District has 15 service locations with varying degrees of receptacles and collection frequencies. Please note some of the sites require year-round scheduling and service while other sites may only be seasonal in nature and will require seasonal holds or temporary pauses in service. In order to further clarify, the District will upload a sample of service locations and frequencies from past seasons during peak months. The sample upload is by no means a specification of the bid, but merely a sample of what specific sites have required from a receptacle and service standpoint. Dumpster sizes, quantities, and service intervals remain subject to change due the the seasonal nature of District activities.

Question 2

Question: I was reviewing everything and was wondering if you had a list of the locations that are seasonable and the dates of service for them. Example: Eola ON HOLD DEC 1 - May 1. Anything similar to that would be great. Do you require us to pull the containers when the facilities are closed or can we leave them in place. I know you stated that you can’t get exact but this information would be super helpful.
