Response: Similar to a Walgreens Clinic.

Response: Current staff, their families, and students regardless of ability to pay.
Question 3
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: Is the student body included in this scope of service?
Response: Students are included regardless of insurance. "Payer Blind".
Question 4
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: Why are you putting this out to bid now, and what is the deadline or decision point that is driving the compressed timeline?
Response: We have been thinking about this for sometime, and we would like it ready to roll by August. Covid-19 has not helped.
Question 5
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: What are the goals and objectives of initiating an onsite clinic strategy? (what are you hoping to accomplish?)
Response: Expedited staff, family and student care
Question 6
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: What is it you are looking for but aren’t getting today?
Response: We do not have a clinic or a partnership.
Question 7
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: Are there any requirements within the CBA, or requests from your faculty and staff that will influence scope or delivery of services?
Response: Not sure about CBA, but our faculty and staff would be looking at the ease and timeliness verses a doctor's office or urgent care.
Question 8
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: Is there a medical services provider operating onsite today? If so, who is providing the current scope of services?
Response: There is not a service provider.
Question 9
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: What are the planned hours of operation?
Response: Totally up to what works best for Marathon. They would be providing the staff.
Question 10
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: Will services be required after normal business hours during school sponsored events?
Response: This would not be a requirement on the part of the Wentzville School District, rather more whether staff is available.
Question 11
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: How will you define/measure success for this relationship?
Response: A mutual partnership for both parties that will warrant its continuation.
Question 12
Posted: 12/21/2020
Question: How many physical locations will require a clinician presence? And, is there square footage currently allocated or planned to be allocated for onsite medical services?
Response: There will be one physical location. You may visit the facility on December 30. 2020, from 1:00 to 2:00. My guess is there is about 1500 square feet.
Question 13
Posted: 12/23/2020
Question: We assume scope of service to include the following types of care: Preventative & Wellness, Acute care/treatment, and Chronic Care management. However, is there also a need for occupational health services, pediatrics, minor lab work/screenings, and/or limited Rx dispensing?
Response: If you choose to include additional services, please do so. However, we are primarily seeking a TakeCare Clinic setup.
Question 14
Posted: 12/23/2020
Question: You have roughly 3,000 eligible employees. How many more eligible spouses, domestic partners, and dependents are there?
Response: At this time, we are unable to provide an exact count of employees at this time. However, as a general rule of thumb we double the number of eligible employees to get the number of participants in the plan.
Question 15
Posted: 12/23/2020
Question: Is the school system utilizing a value-based plan design? What broker or consulting firm has the school district retained to provide benefit plan design advisory services?
Response: The district is not self-funded and it is why we are seeking a payer blind setup. We work with the CSD Insurance Trust, which is a co-op of school districts, to provide our medical services.
Question 16
Posted: 12/23/2020
Question: Beyond convenience-of-care/access, are there any specific health outcomes, or financial metrics that the district board is looking for from this initiative?
Response: No, the school district is not currently seeking any specific health outcomes or financial metrics.
Question 17
Posted: 12/28/2020
Question: What is the intended reimbursement structure of the clinic? Is it your expectation that the medical provider bill a Group Health Insurance plan, or utilize a PEPM + expenses structure? Please define 'Payer Blind' medical services. We are a tax exempt, self-insured entity. Given that fact, an 'additional insured' clause is not possible on the insurance certificate. Should we assume that WSD would waive this requirement as do our other medical clinic clients?
Response: The district is only offering "space" for the clinic. Payer Blind simply means the health provider will bill any and all insurance and if there is no insurance (students) the provider will assume responsibility. Those involved with the CSD Trust insurance will pay there normal co-pay, after the health provider has billed the insurance company. Please provide more information about "additional insured," is it referencing medical or liability insurance?
