Description: This is the pre-qualification process for potential bidders for the Ashley River Park Construction project. The Ashley River Park project will include construction of a riverfront public park featuring outdoor adventure, event spaces and passive recreation opportunities. Structures will include an office building, an event pavilion, and a restroom facility. Access and parking infrastructure will be a mix of asphalt pavement and pervious aggregate material with flat concrete curb. Other site improvements include dog parks, trails, sidewalks, boardwalk, fishing pier, storm drainage, water, and sewer systems. Improvements by others include a climbing wall, ropes course, gate house, maintenance shed, picnic shelter and playground. The project area is approximately 37 acres.
