Description: The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide water and mainline sewer installation, including manholes and dewatering apparatuses, and connections in a three-phased approach. This contract will be subject to the requirements of the U.S. EPA Clean Water Act, §319 grant through the SC Department of Environmental Services, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise good faith efforts. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project must be produced in the United States in accordance with the Build America, Buy America Act.

To allow sufficient time for Town’s project manager to investigate with the engineer of record, bid WILL NOT be due Monday, 3/3. We anticipate being able to provide a clarification addendum early next week and will therefore push the bid due date to Tuesday, 3/11/2025 to 2:00 pm.
