SPEC-1 GENERAL SCOPE
1. Wentzville RIV School District (hereinafter “District”) is seeking qualifications for
Professional Architectural Services - Envelope Consultant from reputable, licensed Firms
(hereafter “FIRM”), for the purpose of providing all aspects of planning, architectural
design, engineering and construction administration for Heritage Intermediate and
Elementary School. This could include, but not limited to; exterior wall evaluation, roof
evaluation, exterior door and window evaluation, preparation of permitting, bidding,
and construction documents. Construction to take place during the summer of 2022.
2. The District is the fastest growing school district in the state of Missouri, and as such,
requires long range planning of all current and new facilities and to meet fiduciary
requirements.
3. This RFQ requests a great amount of detail to avoid delays, misunderstanding, and to
simplify the evaluation of qualifications. Firms are requested to respond to each
specification.
4. These services will be for this specific project.
