Description: The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-site commissary services for the complete operation of the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center's Commissary Program, as described herein.  

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 6/27/2018 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory meeting to review the requirements. The meeting will be held at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center located at 498 Chattin Drive, Canton, Georgia 30115 and will include walking the area. The meeting will occur promptly at the time specified below in the Schedule. Each interested vendor shall provide a list of representatives that will be attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting to the Procurement Department no later than June 26, 2018 by 12:00 PM on the form provided. Up to three (3) representatives per company will be allowed to tour the facility. Attendees shall arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting. All attendees will tour the ADC as one group.
