Description: The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is seeking proposals from
experienced firms for the purpose of providing document imaging, archival, and preservation
services for various departments. The City is requesting pricing based on annual usage of
100,000 paper images and 10,000 maps/drawings to be prepped, scanned, digitized and/or
captured on 16mm or 35mm microfilm, with originals to be returned to the City after project
completion in their original order. Output formats desired by the City are both digital and
microfilm. Indexing requirements may vary by document type, but the final product is to be
searchable by indexing. Actual amount per year may vary. No amount of work is guaranteed.
