The City of Havelock North Carolina is soliciting vendors who are interested and qualified to provide a turn-key installed Automated Meter Reading system (AMR).  The City anticipates the final scope of work to include automated meter procurement and installation, hardware, software, and integration with existing Tyler/MUNIS Financial and Billing system, testing, and training.
