Description: The City of Columbia, Tennessee, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering/architectural firm to provide services related to the design and installation of the roofing system for the City Hall located at 700 N Garden St. Responsibilities of the professional consultant engineering firm may include, but are not limited to:

• Field Investigation required for the design work
• Evaluation of the roof system and recommendations for replacement
• Design of plans and specifications acceptable to the City of Columbia
• Attend necessary meetings associated with designs and approvals
• Provide overall project management
• Prepare construction documents
• Assist in the construction bidding process
• Establish and attend pre-construction conference
• Provide construction inspections, including all testing and reporting
• Identify and write grant applications for possible funding sources, if needed.
