Question 1

Posted: 4/21/2023

Question: Would they consider a timeline of starting the project in January 2024 and finishing by December 2024?

Response: That is possible, but the sooner the better.

Question 2

Posted: 4/21/2023

Question: Do they anticipate retaining most or all of their 271 classifications? This appears to be a very high number considering there are only 400 incumbents. Is the College open to a broader classification structure that would reduce the number of classifications significantly?

Response: We would like to see proposals for both what we have now and suggestions for reducing the number of classifications. This will give us opportunity to compare and go with the best.

Question 3

Posted: 4/21/2023

Question: Regarding the compensation phase of the study, is the College interested in surveying base salaries only or total compensation, including benefits?

Response: Both Base salaries and total compensation including Benefits.
