Description: The Peralta Community College District is calling for bids for the Laney College Eagle Village Modular Buildings Safe-Off, iBid No. _20-21/02. The Project consists of all labor, materials equipment and services necessary to disconnect existing electrical, fire alarm services and additional items as indicated on drawings, to the existing seven modular buildings and provide temporary fencing.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory Pre-proposal video conference will be held on March 19, 2021 at 10 AM via Zoom: Conference Meeting ID 974 9300 7754. A mandatory pre-bid walk will be held on March 22, 2021, at 10am at Eagle Village located at Laney College 900 Fallon St., Oakland, California (“Site Visit”). All participants are required to sign-in. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible. The Site Visit Certification will be provided at the end of the Site Visit and must be submitted with the Bid.
