Question: Question regarding page 6 - Grand Totals to Disposal of the items in the list below. Do we need to complete pricing for each item listed on the pricing list on page 6 or only list the price for the items that will apply for the work requested?
Response: Grand Totals to Disposal. If you have any of the items listed that you will not disposal of, please tell me what they are?

Question: In regards to Question 1 Response: Grand Totals to Disposal. If you have any of the items listed that you will not disposal of, please tell me what they are? To be clear, we are bidding and able to provide disposal on all the items listed in the chemical inventory. Since this is a one-time event, would you like us to simply provide one grand total for the scope of work and not unit prices for each item on the Grand Total page?
Response: Please provide each items on the price sheet and than the grand total on the bottom.

Question: If you would like us to provide a per unit price on the Grand Total page, items on the list such as E&I Estimate, Vehicle Pickup Truck, Manifest Discrepancy/ Paperwork Error would not apply and therefore wanted to clarify we would not be penalized if we placed N/A for unit items that would not apply?
Response: You will not be penalized for a N/A entry.

Question: Page 3 General Information indicates “Section A will cover Lab Pack Disposal and Section B will cover Bulk Chemical Disposal”. There is no Section A or B. We have only what appears to be a Lab Pack inventory (page 8 through page 29). Is there a “Bulk Chemical Disposal” inventory?
Response: You will need to fill out all information on the bid package. If you have more you can add it with the bid package.
