Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory Pre-bid Tour: Prebid Tour is scheduled for February 1, 2021 at 10:00 am. Location: City Hall, 145 W. Broad Street Conference room with Contractors wishing to bid. The tour will commence afterwards.
