Description: The City of Columbia is seeking quotes for the possible lease or purchase of color copiers. The lease terms should be for a period of 48 months. In addition to the lease and purchase quotes, the price for maintenance and supplies excluding paper and staples shall be included. The awarded vendor shall further be responsible for delivery and installation of the equipment. There are two copiers under consideration for replacement. We are requesting any trade in value to the replacement machine be included with the bid.
