Description:

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (“ABI”) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms or individuals (hereinafter “Respondent” or “Respondents”) to redevelop an approximately 2.4 acre tract of surplus land near the western terminus of Amsterdam Avenue, NE in Atlanta, Georgia (hereinafter “Property” and depicted in Diagram A) to further ABI’s goals for affordable housing, job creation and economic development at a scale that is transit-supportive.  Preliminary engineering analyses indicate redevelopment of the Property is possible without precluding the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine transit or trail system and ABI will not proceed with redevelopment of the Property in the event additional analyses show otherwise. The Property is located near 500 Amsterdam Avenue, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30306. There is no scheduled pre-submittal conference. Please feel free to visit the site anytime.
