Rock Hill Schools is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide fire proofing from top of wall to roof deck at Finley Road, Lesslie, Independence and York Elementary Schools’ group and faculty bathrooms as shown on attached plans. Work includes fire safe-ing the top-of-wall to roof deck to achieve a 1-hour rating. Repairs to passive fire barrier shall be labeled upon completion of work.
