Description: Notice is hereby given by the County of Sierra, New Mexico, is seeking sealed bids and, subject to the terms and conditions herein, will be received by Sierra County at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, as described and outlined in the ITB. To be publicly opened for, the interior renovation, repair and painting, of the existing building, located at 855 Van Patten Street, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, to be utilized the by the Sierra County Sheriff’s Department, on completion. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at the Van Patten Site, On April 8, 2024 @ 10:00 AM MDT. The complete ITB Packet may be obtained at the Administration building and at https://www.sierraco.org/department/procurement/ under the Vendor Registry link. All bids must be accepted by April 18, 2024, on, or before 2:00 PM, at the County of Sierra Administration Building located at: 1712 N. Date Street Suite D, Truth or Consequences, NM, 87901. All bids received after said time will be rejected and returned UNOPENED. The County reserves the right to cancel this ITB at any time or reason. ITB’S MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE ITB NUMBER, TITLE AND DUE DATE CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE BOTTOM LEFT-HAND SIDE OF THE FRONT ENVELOPE. Hand delivery is the same as the 1712 N. Date Suite D, T or C, NM, 87901 address.
