Sealed bids for Grounds Maintenance Services for Patriot Boulevard, Wescott Boulevard, Whitehall Amenity Center Field, and River Oaks Soccer Field will be received by the City of North Charleston until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 06, 2019, at North Charleston City Hall Lane, 3^rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the North Charleston Public Works, Building A, Training Room, located at 5800 Casper Padgett Way, North Charleston, SC 29406.  All interested bidders will meet inside of the main lobby of Building A, where they will be directed to the Training Conference Room to sign in before embarking on a bus ride to view the areas covered under the scope of work.
